In one case, after meeting a dozen times she started speaking Spanish (we don't speak Spanish). Her staff and the clinic are a complete marketing showcase. The other doctors at this clinic who we met a few times showed a lot more engagement even though they were substituting. When we explaining the situation to the clinic, they were shocked and tried to offer knickknacks to avoid problems.
Please stay away !
