I was having some pain in my teeth and they were able to get me in right away. The dentist gave me a few options, but I ultimately decided to go with an extraction. It was quick and painless, and the doctor and assistant gave me important information about the aftercare. Im so glad I decided to visit this office and would recommend it to others who are also thinking of doing so!

Im giving them a pre-service review as I just scheduled my first appointment on a call with Juhan. Scheduling may not be the most important part of the process but at my age I get good intuition about the future experience during initial contact with the front desk. So far so good! Portland has many dental receptionists that could learn about simple, professional patient relations from the young man working here.

I went to Dr. Pirayesh because my husband did and had a good experience- he requested composite fillings and the dentist did that for him without extra charge even though they were supposedly not covered by insurance since they were in the back. I needed the same thing- fillings in my molars. Because I have an autoimmune condition that affects my mouth, my PCP strongly cautioned against mercury amalgam fillings. Instead of doing the same thing for me that he did for my husband, the dentist refused to fill my molars with composite and said that I could not have the wisdom teeth removed either- that I would, in his words, just "have to wait until they rot out of your head." In checking with my insurance, I confirmed that the composite fillings and wisdom teeth removal would have been covered. It seems that my husband received better treatment because he appears to be the same ethnicity as Dr. Pirayesh and I do not. I have not been able to bring myself to go to the dentist since and I just must say shame on you Dr. Pirayesh!

Best Dentist Ever! Both me and my son go here, and I absolutely love the service they provide. Brush your teeth everyone!
