        At my first consultation after taking a full x-ray, Dr. Kim suggested I got a deep cleaning (the invasive one, over 2 visits) of my teeth and also a $600 night guard because he said my teeth are being grinded by myself at night. I've never received such advice after years of getting regular teeth-cleaning every 3-6 mos from dentists all over the world. Most dentists would say my teeth are overall healthy and there's nothing to be fixed (leave alone needing deep-clean) but just regular maintenance (periodic general cleaning). I trusted my gut feeling and went to another dentist and again, I was told my teeth are in perfect shape - no deep-cleaning nor mouth guard needed. Wow! What a way to get your insurance money!! I would NOT trust his first diagnosis if it's something beyond what your gut tells you. Better yet, either stay away or get a 2nd opinion!!!
