City Dental

I have had nothing but a great experience at this dentist office. I am a recent transplant to Portland and am very fortunate to find this practice. My wife and I both needed crowns as a preventative measure for some well-worn molars. The experience and results were fantastic and I love the fact that the new crowns are created on site negating the need for a second visit. The regular hygiene visits have been efficient, comprehensive and and complete. Dr. Crofts and his team are excellent!

I was referred to City Dental to complete a restorative crown for an implant procedure. In general dentist visits make me extremely anxious, but the entire team at City Dental is friendly, professional and creates an atmosphere of calm and comfort that put me at ease. Dr. Bajuscak is excellent!! He goes above and beyond with the level of care he provides, plus he has a great personality and manner. I couldn't be any more impressed with his knowledge, technical expertise, communication and attentiveness. He cares about his patients like they are a family member. Highly recommend!!

The delivery of dental services was satisfactory, but the experience was so negative from the very start. Within 7 seconds of my arrival I had a paper shoved in front of me and was told this is the amount my services would cost today and I had to sign RIGHT THEN that I promised to pay the amount before I left for the day. Ive always paid full amounts at every visit, but the shoving of this paper in my face and the forcefulness of the sign here to show you promise to pay before you leave today made me think of nothing else for the rest of the visit. As I was reading this promise form, the person stood the entire time staring at me waiting for me to sign. On my way out, I obviously paid and was given a quote for a future service I was considering and was told I needed to sign it as well and when I said I had not yet to decide to do it they said I needed to sign to show I was given the quote. The front office handled the customer interactions so unfriendly that I am considering looking elsewhere. Lets face it, this place is expensive and I can overpay for dental services elsewhere and be valued as a customer rather than just a payment.
