Updated review: One of the dentists went above and beyond to get me in after my initial encounter at this location. I know the wait times for a dentist are long so Im very grateful for their help squeezing me in! Old review: I had a new patient appointment scheduled for 3 months, confirmed my appointment 2 and 3 days before and got there the morning of to be told they didnt have my appointment or name in the system. System issues or not, patients should be contacted as soon as they notice any sort of issue. I feel like there were a number of things they could have done. I wasnt offered another appointment to be scheduled on the spot, I was told Id be contacted (which I dont trust) and worst of all, I used sick leave for this

Dr. Shaijh did and amazing job on my ex traction was very sensitive to my dental anxiety and took time to explain everything that was happening, and his assistant maria was very kind and made it a nice experience.

I had my initial appointment today. The desk staff were helpful & pleasant. The dental assistant was knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr Shake was the dentist again very pleasant and completed a plan of care.

My appointment was around 2:20pm. I loved the way the receptionist treated me she was the best not to talk about my dentist or dental assistant who worked on me..these two need to get some five stars.
