Been a patient of Dr.Hoang for almost 7 years. I apperciate her knowledge and dental skills and staff. I like how she always engages with me so many different and random topics each time I visit. Its like I never left. Always feels like family vibe there. The staff are always so kind and always wants what is best for the patient. Always giving dental advices as well as personal. Everyone is so very hardworking to giving me the fullest care and I apperciate it very much. I love when I come in for my routin visits that they greet me like family. Its so sweet! Unfortunately, I will be relocating for work soon and will miss them dearly. I highly recommend Dr. Hoang and her wondeful staff if you are looking for those gental hands, knowledge, and long time companionship. When I am in town, please clean my teeth. XOXO.

I was assured that my insurance was going to cover my simple dental cleaning. I come in and we start the cleaning, to say the least the technician was not qualified to do the job, again I brush it off, not 2 minutes after the equipment starts to malfunction and spray water all over my face. She does a sub par job of cleaning and after I complain the actual doctor comes over and she actually cleans again with another compound that according to her is more expensive and they don't use it that ofter. This is not even the worst part of my experience, two weeks later I get a bill in the mail of $333 because my insurance didnt cover it that they assured me was going to cover. Moral of the store make sure what they say will be covered from the insurance is actually what will be covered or you will be in for a surprise. If a simple cleaning costs $333 I dont even want to know what they charge for more serious jobs. STAY AWAY!!!

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I had a dental appointment that this office canceled on me 3 times in one week one hour prior to my appointment. They wanted to service me on a treatment I found out later I didn't need. They wouldn't even accommodate me when I tried to work with them. I highly recommend "stay away!"

Let me tell you.. Dr. Hoang, Janna, Lindsey and all of her staff is amazing! I trust these women with my teeth and have never felt more comfortable at the dentist! 10/10!
