Very dedicated , great service , everyone here from the front desk to the dentist have shown passion amd dedication for their roles and responsibilities, cleanings are the best I have ever had are done by the dentist and he is excellent ,I would not recommend another dentist or another office , appoiments are flexible they send a text msg email and cutest thing they give you a card , also straig forward they don't try to sell you unrealistic expectations they give you a real plan to get it fix .

Not a good experience at all.  I saw Dr. Rodriguez a few days after my jaw popped out when I yawned.  Their website says they help with TMJ/TMD issues.  The first thing he said to me before even examining me was that I had low thyroid.  He said I had big bags under my eyes and bulging eyes then he fingered the area below my chin and said "And What's that?"  I have had dark circles under my eyes and a weak chin since I was a child and have always been very self conscious of both.  I do NOT and have never had bulging eyes.  I also had my thyroid tested about a month before and it was normal.Then he proceeded to show my some strange photos on his phone from the late 1800's where some doctor had a tincture that cured it. WTF? I came to see him for a locked jaw! He's a dentist, not an Endocrinologist! And thanks for embarrassing me about my looks that I have been insecure about my whole life!He examined me and said the jaw was back in place and suggested I bring my Sleep Apnea mouthpiece in for adjustment and wear it 24/7.  I came back the next morning and he adjusted it.  It was beyond painful because, hey - my jaw was dislocated!! He prescribed Ibuprofen and said it was just swelling and would begin to calm down.  Well, here I am a month later and two more doctors later and because too much time has passed, I am told the manipulation to put my jaw back in place will not work and I need surgery.He was completely inappropriate telling me I had thyroid issues and now because of his misdiagnosis I need surgery.  He's lucky I am not filing a formal complaint because I am too involved in trying to get my jaw unlocked.

I'm an older guy who's teeth aren't in great shape. I made an appointment here because of a hurting tooth. Of course, after making the appointment my toothache abated but I kept the appointment. I'm so glad I did. These ones immediately put me at ease. I felt like I was going to be treated well, and I was. We made a little plan for good dental health going forward. What else? Office. Exceptional.
