these guys are terrible, they cut the internet to my next door business and have physically threatened me among other things.

I have been an Everett Customer (Actual Homeowner) for 10 years now and I could not be more pleased with my home built in 2011. The Earth Advantage Gold Rated home paid my Dec Mortgage via Energy Cost Savings each year (savings of 50% over avg PDX classic homes). Building Construction (interior and exterior) has survived 10 years of extreme summers and winters and the home still has a "like new" look and feel. Portland suffers from a severe housing shortage and Everett provides the community service of splitting lots, making more homes available. They maintained the integrity of my still bountiful 2 story Apple tree and planted 2 new trees in the front. I have had the best neighbors anyone could ask for and they too love their home as much as I do. I noticed every Google review low rating was from a neighbor, not an actual Homeowner, who expected the modern world to bend to their will and build what they wanted. Utter selfishness. It was a no-brainer for me to purchase a new home with modern amenities like a tankless water heater, upstairs washer/dryer and a true Master Bath with walk-in shower (3 Bed/3 Full Bath home). While my friends were spending countless hours and $30k-$60K on asbestos remediation while hauling their laundry downstairs to a radon contaminated basement in their "classic used homes", I am contributing to the future of PDX sustainability. PDX needs more energy efficient homes that meet the needs of modern families and I am sincerely grateful Everett Custom Homes has accepted the challenge. Everett makes dreams come true.
