So glad I switched to this bank back in 2019 they are much better than my former financial institution. branch manager Amanda is an absolutely wonderful person. As are the rest of the staff and security here.

This bank offer zero fraud protection, even with the receipts they still won't help you. I made a recent purchase and was overcharged by $200, I called the retailer who messed the charge up but was continually sent to a voicemail so I was unable to discuss the charge. When I called Unitus's "fraud" department the woman on the phone was completely useless, she even made attempts to justify the retailer, I offered the receipts for the purchase and she would not even accept them. Unitus is itself a fraud bank and a complete joke!

I opened an account with them online and I came in to get my debit card, and the service was amazing! I was in and out within ten minutes!
