Kate's approach is different from what I'm used to, and I greatly appreciate that. After discussing what my needs were for the day, she did a structural assessment of my body and found areas that I hadn't connected to my low back pain. Her work on my feet, ankles and legs really helped free up my entire lower body. It also reconnected me to an old trauma that needed to be re-addressed. I'm so incredibly grateful for her work and highly recommend her!

I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for over 20 years in the Portland Metropolitan area and I must tell you that I have given Kate Dennington the nick name "Kate the Great". Her repertoire is varied and keen. She listens not just to what you say but she also "listens" to your body. When to her I arrive at her office I immediately feel at ease, she is nurturing and professional. I know I am in skilled and capable hands. I had actually experienced her massage while she was still a student at East West College of the Healing Arts, in Portland, several years ago, and I knew then that she had the "it" factor! She is beyond doubt, a gifted practitioner, she has erased pain in my body that had been festering for years..... I admire and respect Kate Dennington as a fellow L.M.T. and hope you can come away from an appointment, as I do, feeling ready to take on the day the way it should be handled....from a place of self-caring, so you can give better to those you love. Kate is such a caring, compassionate, and skilled practitioner. She is very tuned-in and can release tension spots with the utmost sensitivity. I love her cranial sacral treatments and feel immensely better afterwards! Highly recommend receiving treatments from her!! Thanks Kate!!

I have not seen Kate in a while, so this is a long overdue post, she is an extremely talented therapist and I would highly recommend her to anyone especially for Cranial Sacral work.
