        Went to even exchange a product I know was defective. I am rouge and have been for years and the girl went to get her manager and questioned the validity of my claims. I didnt want a refund just an even exchange. I drive to Bridgeport and Washington Square because the employees are respectful and treat you with dignity. The location should be shut down due to the majority of the people they hire lack basic customer service skills. I am not alone in my feelings clearly just by looking at other reviews and talking to my friends who have also visited this location. The Girl with orange hair and braces, should not be a manager of any kind, she lacks basic communication skills, people skills, and has zero customer service skills. Due to that reason alone, I wont be shopping at Sephora anymore. I cannot imagine what its like to be a woman of color or person of color entering this store. The staff is terrible with how they mistreat paying customers.
