Most customers are very unhappy with the long delays getting a reply. A manager once said that customers are used to very long delays and bad service. Sales might be nice but support is very slow and problems often take weeks or months to resolve. Employees are essentially robots. Management plays favoritism. Long time employees can do whatever they want. New employees are micromanaged and terminated without warning. Nobody speaks their mind for fear of getting fired. Very low morale. Working here or being a customer is a big mistake. Absolutely horrible company. 5 star reviews are from employees. That is expected since they are getting a paycheck. Most customers give 1 star. Look at reviews on Glassdoor. 2 stars, 30% recommend, 30% like it, so more than half are miserable. That should tell you something. Also, the female HR director, Brenda, is extremely biased. I would see her reprimand male employees, never female. I have no idea why anybody would do business with this unprofessional company that treats customers and employees like trash.

The Receptionist/Security (LARRY) is so nice and knowledgeable of the facility and surrounding area.
