I was a part of Terras Authentic Movement 6 week series last fall and, golly, it was a powerful and beautiful experience I experienced my own body in a new and fascinating way. Terra held such a lovely container for connection and exploration. They are quite a special being on this planet.

Terra is one of those rare humans that has the ability to dream and manifest huge ideas while keeping their feet firmly on the ground. They are at the tip top of my list when it comes to trusting someone to hold space for me no matter what I'm going through. I know that they can and will show up for me from a place of compassion while not being afraid to challenge me to see my own shadow. Terra is the kind of person who has done enough of their own work, critically examined and challenged their own privileged, and stepped bravely in to the path of growth enough times that they've become an invaluable ally for those seeking a walk a healing and/or transformative path!
