I recently used SRG for a full valuation of my practice, and I was pleasantly surprised with the end result. After being in the business for 30 years, and seeing a few compatriots put exit deals together like many I thought , how hard could this be, just apply the going multiple and move on ?! First and not least, if youre going to put a practice out there for sale, you have to have backup on where your #s are coming from, the fact that they are certified and recognized as an industry leader is comforting. The detail that goes in to adjusting a straight multiple to a final # is deep. Granted its mostly the practice owner putting the data together but what they do with it is great and gave me a comfort moving forward. You can tell they've done many and are very experienced. Would definitely recommend their services.
