PITH Custom Builders

I recently hired the PITH Builders team to renovate our home and I cant express enough how pleased we are with the finished product. We had a large scale, full home renovation that included our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living spaces, utility rooms and even some outdoor spaces. All were beautifully completed with the highest quality and care. With incredible communication, extremely thorough and professional project management, and expert craftsmanship, I cant think of a better builder to work with. We feel lucky that they were able to kick off the project quickly and still didnt miss any aspect during the project planning timeframe. They held our hands through the city permitting and planning process and passed all inspections, which kept our timeline on track. We had a great working relationship with the team at PITH. They were in our home for so many months and we couldnt be happier with their friendly and professional attitudes. They treated our home with respect and kept the site clean and orderly. We loved the PITH team and will use them again in the future.

We hired the team at PITH for a new construction project that were extremely happy with. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail that truly set them apart from the other contractors we interviewed. Right from the start, they took the time to understand our vision, build a detailed project plan and managed it to completion. They were so detailed and thorough that we never felt stressed. I wholeheartedly recommend PITH for any home improvement project or new build.

Matt is amazing. First, he is super responsive and a good communicator. Second, he knows a lot about materials and constructions and will always find a good solution. Third, he is super knowledgeable about plumbing, electrics, wood working and more. A one stop shop!! Cannot recommend him enough!

We've had Matt out here for a few projects. He installed more outdoor light flanking our garage, over a side door and a motion sensor for us. My favorite project, he replace the painted rotted wood floor of our front porch. He not only tranformed the look of it porch but he also fixed the foundation and reframed it to make way more safe. The porch (and all his work) is beautiful, meticulous, safe and we would highly recommend Matt and PITH for any project.
