What a disaster. We were replacing our front stairs on a craftsman house. Sione came out to the job and felt there would be no problem completing a quality job. I gave him a $2,500 deposit and he said it was a two day job. A week later he came by a dropped off some forms and said he’d be back in a week. He did come back, removed stairs and said he’d be back. Two days later he came at three pm and worked two hours and said he’d come back. After three or four visits he said he said he was ready to pour the next morning . See pictures. I said the steel wasn’t in place, he said they pushed the pour out to 11:00 and they said they would do it in the morning. I’ve been a building contractor for 45 years in southern Oregon, it’s my daughter’s house and I was reviewing the progress via face time. I told him his grades were not correct or aligned nor was the pad adequately prepped. 9:00 am the Mobil mix showed up, but no contractor. Brief discussion with the truck driver and he agreed it was not ready to go and he left. I had make him stop. He left the job without a fight leaving his forms, stakes and mess. I had to remove everything completely and start over. I will be asking for a refund of $1,700 from the $2,500 I paid as a deposit.

He and his crew worked quickly and the price was comparable to other quotes however I found two issues: the attention to detail and professionalism. Initially we were to start the day after I got my quote- this was put off multiple times, as was the completion ... as was the clean up. He produced a crooked stair, which I showed him, with no apology or offer to fix it. The patio was poured uneven: 2 inch slope on one side and 3 inches on the other. The overall look is better then what I had previously but the lack of attention to detail and difficulty communicating, including asking to speak to my husband rather then me, is what provided the two stars. I would not recommend him to others. By the end I just wanted to be done with the experience. Services: Concrete sidewalk building, General paving

Great job at a great price. They built me a brand new set of concrete stairs in less than one day! I'd hire them again.

Sione and his crew from Reliable Concrete recently came out and poured a large patio in our backyard. Sione was very helpful in helping my wife and I pick out a color and stamp that we liked. He also was great at keeping in touch during the progress of the project. His crew worked hard to get it laid properly and set just the way we wanted it. They are very friendly and did a great job for us. I especially liked that they were proactive in communicating with us during the project, were very friendly and easy to work with, and did a great job on our patio. Thanks Reliable Concrete!!
