I've been seeing Dr. Berninghause for about 8 months. With her help, my body has found and kept alignment healing pain in my ankle and knee that had been bothering me for several years.
I continue to see her every few months to keep aligned and relieve pain from jaw clenching and a fall that sprained my hand.
I particularly like that she uses NET therapy to release underlying emotional issues related to the pain. This therapy was new to me but I got comfortable with it quickly and feel that it helps me in my personal growth and release of chronic pain.
She uses the activator method of chiropractic adjustments, so no cracks. She thoroughly aligns my body with this gentle practice leaving me feeling lighter and less tense.
