I have been a client for a few months now. I have a physically demanding job. Glenda is exceedingly personable. Her Kenton studio is inviting, cozy, quiet, relaxing, and warm. At each appointment we briefly discuss what and where I am experiencing the most discomfort. With her extensive knowledge and experience she knows where to focus her treatment plan.
After all my pins are placed, heating pad applied, relaxing ambient sounds turned up my rest begins. On more than one occasion I've had an out of body experience. This is very likely the closest I've been to actively meditating.
Not once have I experienced discomfort from pins placed. I am able to fully relax and let them do what they're supposed to. Glenda swiftly removes the pins when it's time. I move from the acupuncture table to the chiropractic table for adjustment.
We do a quick wrap up while I replace my shoes and socks. How do I feel? What maybe caused this? What can I do to help prevent it? Was it stress related? Nutrition related? All things I try to be actively aware of. In my personal experience, my understanding of how to properly fuel my body as to avoid aches or future injury has grown exponentially with Glenda's guidance and support.
15/10 I highly recommend seeing her as often as your coverage will allow. Glenda is so sweet, patient, experienced, and effortlessly giving with her knowledge.
