Lazy and inaccurate charting gave my insurance the perfect excuse to discontinue coverage for work done here. I reached out multiple times to have the charting updated and billing resubmitted and was brushed off and never followed up with. Initial diagnostic was done with care but every appointment afterward was very rushed, and it was clear the Dr hadnt reviewed my chart most visits. Almost like theyre too overwhelmed to do well by each patient. The stars are for Shin, an incredible massage therapist who was attentive, remembered details from prior visits, and greatly helped reduce chronic pain. Hes the best part of that office!

Dr. Z and his team are AWESOME. They truly believe in making lasting changes, not just putting a bandaid fix over symptoms. I went in for lower back pain and the in-house team offers adjustments, physical therapy, and massages (on the same day/aligned times AND covered by insurance). They've helped me keep my pain at bay and are working on long term solutions with me. This isnt your typical doctor's office either- Everyone is incredibly friendly, the decor is hip, sometimes they even have a or two dog in office that you can pet while you wait (even though wait times are only a minute or 2,-theyre also super punctual). I couldnt recommend this place enough

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. To say Dr. Zander and his team changed my quality of life through their practice would be an understatement. The Massage Therapists are beyond superb as well. Their attention to care is beyond stellar. Without a doubt the best healthcare experience I've had in all of Oregon.
