My experience was hardly professional after the retirement of Jayne Kern several years ago, which was in stark contrast to her care and attention. One of their CPAs took up where she left off, and then left the company mid tax-year without communicating to the next CPA-in -line the details of my account or saving notes that had to do with my company's specific situation. It may have been because my business was a much smaller client and thus fell to the back-burner every year, but I was offered no apology or discount for having to have my bookkeeper go back through several years of tax records with them to get the new CPA up to speed (their fault, not ours) at my cost. He was also rude, short-tempered and made several unprofessional remarks that had nothing to do with his professional capacity. It wasn't hard to find somewhere more cost-efficient and attentive and I'm happy to be in better hands!
