Tech was on the scene today and repaired the broken spring on our garage door. Tech was able to teach me about the specifics regarding the garage door opener and I really appreciate it! The homeowner should be educated about the garage door opener. It is something that I believe every repair technicians should do. The technician was very professional and helpful. Thank you!

I contacted Robert's Garage Doors to come fix the problem with a garage door which had snapped an support wire. He rushed out as quickly as he was able and fixed it swiftly. He was at the right time and was friendly.

I called early on Monday morning, and at the time I finished my call I had both my garage doors fixed and operating flawlessly. One of the doors had the hardware ripped out from the door. It looks fantastic after they repaired it. They also installed new pull ropes onto each door for use when power is off.
