        LOVE this place. Came here the first time in 2013. Come back every time I come to Portland to sit and eat a sausage on the sidewalk. Bought some smoked salmon and smoked pepper bacon this time and was blown away at how good they both were. Highly recommend.

        Came here to get some hog casing to make my own sausage. They have a wide selection of sausages, condiments, and a deli to get your fix. Service to check out was a bit slow but worth the wait.
