        Went in for a haircut and for them to trim my bangs. Wanted, my bangs to be eyebrow length, came out with them significantly above my eyebrows, and came out significantly thicker than my bangs before! I have spent several days attempting to style them and they just look so bad

        I honestly don't think you should be a salon yet be a stylist if you can provide every style except braids. Should provide service for everyone's hair. Just saying

        I've been seeing Lindsey at Ginger and Maude for 2+ years now - she is great with my curly hair! She is really knowledgable about working with textured hair, and can do a variety of styles/cuts to compliment the curls. My curls are always very happy after a haircut with her! Highly recommend.

      Hi Casey, I'm so sorry that happened! I originally went into hairstyling because of a bad bang trim I got so hearing you had this problem is so awful. I will have our education director reach out to you. You can always call us and we will work to resolve this for you!

      Hi Lady! We definitely do not offer braiding services on purpose. Braiding is an art form reserved for specialists who focus exclusively on braiding. We could never compete with their skill or knowledge, and want to lift them and their art form up. That being said, we offer services to all hair textures and spend extensive time and focus training our stylists in this. If you would like to know more about our Learning Exchange program and to possibly participate in free hair services, give us a call! If you would like a referral for a braiding specialist near you, let us know also!
