      Hello. No clue who you are. I’ve looked at the books and I have no record of you ever having done business with us before. I’m sorry you felt the need to leave such a low review. As a small business I depend on reviews to help encourage people where to decide to go so it’s deeply discouraging when people leave low reviews who have never been to my shop before and who I’ve never even met before. Low reviews with no merit have an effect on small businesses. Wish you the best.
