Cowlick Barbershop

Had a great experience at this barbershop. I was looking for a reasonably priced trans affirming barber near my house, and I lucked out finding Cowlick. I got the best mullet tune up, reshape and texture from Kait. They were attentive and kind and shop is nice and small which I liked. I find places that are bigger can be overstimulating with lots of noise. This was a quiet & comfortable experience and they had great music playing too. I felt like time and care was taken to ask about what I wanted and if I was happy with the result. I felt comfortable to ask for adjustment if I needed to, but they nailed what I was wanting! Will definitely be back again!

Started coming to the shop when I moved back to Oregon and even though I'm not in the neighborhood anymore, I still drive across town because it's the best haircut I've ever had. Everybody keeps me looking sharp regardless of who cuts my hair. (But Kyle is my main man!)

I booked with Cruz, he seemed nice enough, but was running late for the appointment. I have ( had ) medium long hair and beard, and what I said was I wanted was to keep the length mostly but to clean up my look a bit. What I got was charged an extra 10$ after we started " because I have long hair " to which I reluctantly agreed too. I feel like he was rushing through everything, and totally mauled my beard , which was horribly uneven . my hair is now a full Inch above my shoulder. I was charged 75$ ( plus tip) to go home an spend a half hour evening out what was left. I won't be back.
