Very disappointed and I feel discriminated ! I have been coming to this place for over 10 years ever since I was 12 I am now 24 and I have never had an issue whats so ever. Today I came in right when they open so I can be one of the first people in line. There was people in the chairs already but nobody in front of me in line so I was patiently waiting for my turn sitting right in front so I cant be missed. Three people in walk in after me and all three of them got their haircut before mine and I when I told them I didnt even get an apology or anything at all so I had to just leave. I am so disappointed with what happened today and feel disrespected I was treated like I wasnt even a customer and sat there and waiting almost an hour just to be ignored 3 times ! This use to be an amazing place I would always come to no matter how far I am and recommend to anyone needing a haircut now I dont know if I can do that anymore if this is how customers are treated. :side note the main guy who always is in the far left corner has always given me the best customer service and I have never had a problem when hes there I dont know what happened today but he wasnt there and I felt like the barbers were purposely skipping me to give their friends haircuts first when it was very obvious I was there before all of them. Very upset about this.
