Chase Bank

Horrible customer service. They are holding a check for 11 days. What an awful company. I get nowhere with customer service and nowhere with the branch. I will no longer be banking with this company

Opened an account with Chase due to a promotion they were running with the full intention of closing my account after meeting the promo requirements. The exceptional customer experience provided by branch manager Kylie has me thinking I will stay a Chase banking customer due to her attention to detail, follow through, attitude, and communication skills.

I regularly visit this Chase branch, the employees are very nice, I would especially like to mention specialist Irina Vassilieva. She is a very experienced and responsible Chase employee, I contact her on a variety of issues related to banking and I have never had a problem, she always does her job quickly and without errors.
