It’s unfortunate when any of us have to deal with an auto accident and all the work that goes along with that but I have to say that Branden at Gerber made a very unpleasant situation quite bearable! The estimates were prompt and accurate. Got my repairs done much quicker than the original estimate and called me to follow up every step along the way. I’ve been in customer service for 35+ years and I must say that his treatment of me was exemplary. I did tell him as I was walking out the door that I hope to never see him again but if I do need his services, I would go back there Without hesitation. Services: Auto glass services, Painting

Best experience I have ever had. My car came back looking so good. I have never had such great service and work done. They cleaned it in and out I didnt expect that and was so nice and helpful over the phone and kept me updated via text . Got my car back early and every thing. I am very very happy. Thank you guys.

Had a good review so we felt safe picking they’re location. They kept our truck for almost a month over the estimated time. Every time we called they just fed us lame excuses and said it will be done on the next weds or whatever day they felt like throwing out. “Your truck is next inline and waiting to be painted” when we called next week “the glass guys are booked out so we didn’t paint it” if the glass techs are booked why wouldn’t they just tell us the previous date we called? Why would “we be next In line” if they were booked out in the first place? Super apathetic and unconcerned to how they’re lack of motivation is effecting other peoples lives especially at the rates we are paying. We lost money everyday they had the truck. Please go somewhere else, these guys are garbage. Don’t waste your hard earned money.
