PNC Bank ATM

PNC bought out a bank I used to have and created an account for me without my consent. I called the bank to close my account and they said you have to be there in person to close an account (lol). I don't live near a PNC branch, and after a few months they just closed my account. So, apparently it can be done without me being in a branch, so thanks for lying to me. They then tacked a $77 bill to the account and sold the debt to a collections agency. I tried calling the collections agency for something like 4-5 months and never could get through. Finally today I got it settled. PNC is a bunch of clowns and there is a less than 0% chance I would ever hold an account with them. They literally just stole $77 from me, turned me over to collections without notifying me that they were going to close the account or send it to collections and there is nothing I can do about it.

This bank took over my other bank and in order to get a pin I need to go to a branch and it seems this is the closest thing to a physical storefront that they have anywhere near me and I cannot find the closest branch to me

PNC funds oil pipelines and has for years. (It's not this one ATM's fault, but here we are.)
