I started seeing Kristen 4 years ago during a big life shake up, at a time when I felt like I needed some grounding. Kristens practice was exactly what I needed at the time; gentle, supportive and challenging in a way that encouraged me to diligently prioritize self care. Ive continued to visit her twice monthly ever since, even during periods of my life when I dont necessarily have anything particularly stressful occurring. Even in those cycles that feel lighter, Kristens guidance and work remain endlessly valuable in helping to explore the darker corners of yourself and to celebrate and illuminate what is positive and working. Shes also stuck me with pins to alleviate symptoms of insane food poisoning, muscle stress and tendonitis, all with great results. In addition to her practice, shes also a fantastic community builder, supporter of small businesses, and an all around bad ass. You want Kristen on your team, in any capacity.
