Both my daughters and I have seen Carrie for a variety of reasons and are extremely happy with the care we received and how we have healed. From insomnia, stomach issues, and musculoskeletal injuries, Carrie has helped us and I can't thank her enough. I will definitely continue to visit Little Owl Medicine for my family!

Carrie at Little Owl Medicine has been tremendously helpful with both of my young daughters. We have been working on managing anxiety that has lead to GI issues. She is very quiet, and helped put both of my girls at ease talking them through any steps she was going to take. My girls really enjoyed their acupuncture sessions and we appreciate our journey with her!

Carrie has worked with my 2 year old daughter for a little less than 1 year and has been a joy to work with. After my daughter had a major medical emergency requiring surgery and hospitalization, I was desperate to find someone to assist with her healing process on all levels. Carrie has been a God send post-hospitalization and has been instrumental in my daughter's healing. When we began, I wondered how my little one would tolerate the treatments and if she would even allow Carrie to work on her, but Carrie is wonderful with her and manages a toddler so skillfully- and my child absolutely loves going to acupuncture! While Carrie is super skilled, knowledgeable and a gifted healer, I have also been tremendously grateful for her kindness and compassion during an incredibly challenging time. I can't recommend her more highly!

The acupuncture from Carrie of Little Owl Medicine really saved me in a crisis situation. About two weeks after a minor surgery, I fell into a deep depression. I didnt know that many people experience depression after surgery because of anesthetics until I researched online and found study after study linking the two. I was desperate for help! Carrie knew of this correlation possibly because she is also a registered nurse and got me in immediately. With one acupuncture treatment, I no longer felt on the edge and was able to cope with daily life. After a couple more visits, I could tell I was healing both physical and mentally. I continue to see Carrie for wellness visits and cant wait to bring my daughter in as well. Carrie has a gentle touch and an earnest caring for people. I highly recommend her.

Two and a half years ago I was diagnosed with stage four metastatic cancer and have been in treatment since. Having been given a course of treatment that included chemotherapy I was struggling to find ways to deal with the potential side effects. I was sitting in my oncologists waiting room reading a report on ways to deal with the side effects and acupuncture was recommended as one potential piece of the solution. Having never had acupuncture I set out to find a practitioner and was referenced to Carrie for treatment. At my first appointment it was clear Carrie is caring, understanding, and immediately focused on my care. Her being an RN just adds to her knowledge base. Long story short, it is two and a half years later, I am still getting acupuncture every week. I have been fortunate to not suffer from some of the worst side effects of my treatments and medications. In addition, with each session Carrie addresses the aches, pains, and such, that accompanies all this. She takes the time to ask, listen, and apply treatment appropriate to the need. I always leave feeling better. Carie has been a godsend.
