Erica is amazing. Erica has been a huge part of my mental and physical health journey over the past four years and I cannot recommend her enough. One of the things that is so special about Erica is the way she makes you feel so safe and comfortable, and really takes the time to understand your needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helps me understands my body a little bit more each time I see her. I've seen Erica for chronic neck and back pain, pms, digestion, iron deficiency, stress, sleep trouble, and more. Her treatments have been paramount for preventing monthly migraines which has dramatically changed my quality of life. One of the most positive impacts she has had on my life is my journey with anxiety and depression. Every time I see Erica I am able to reach a place of deep relaxation and calm, like a gentle reminder to my body and mind that it can get there. I think of it it as a nervous system reset button that allows me to move through life a little lighter and more at peace. Erica is very organized and has been so helpful with understanding my insurance coverage, and advocating for me to get the treatments I need Words can hardly convey how grateful I am for Erica, and the passion she puts into her work.

Erica is absolutely fantastic! The acupuncture treatments I've gotten at Silver Lining have really helped my constant body pain from years of working in the service industry. I had never done acupuncture before and was a bit weary and anxious, however Erica's level of professionalism and genuine kindness really helped me feel completely comfortable, and now I go regularly throughout the year. Highly recommended!

Erica is such a transformative healer, she customizes my treatments to align with other provider treatments and what is going on with my body at the time. She incorporates different modalities like tuning forks, essential oils, and cupping which increases the impact of treatments for me. I usually leave sessions rejuvenated and oddly more whole.

Truly the most healing and transformative years of my life have been while Ive received Ericas one of a kind care. Ericas energy is unmatched and so incredibly healing. She has always created a sacred and safe womb-like of an environment just by existing in a space. Each time I stepped into a session I was transported to a completely different realm. I have been blessed enough to witness her in her journey over the last 4 years. Prior to knowing and meeting Erica, I spent over a decade traveling the world in search for deep healing, did workshops, worked with healers- but none of that compares to the amount deep transformative healing I have experienced with Erica. She is not limited to only the physical but reaches all realms of Self. My time with her has eternally transformed me on a molecular level and improved my life in the most beautiful of ways. I feel so eternally blessed to have been guided by her over the years. Years ago, I came to her with very scary symptoms of a neuromuscular autoimmune disease. Erica has held loving space for me the entire way, witnessing me through the most challenging of years and through into remission. I can not imagine my life without her as she has been truly one of the most potent healers and teachers of this lifetime.
