Fluence

Fluence has been absolutely incredible for our practice. We transitioned to them about 5 years ago and they had to clean up a huge mess from our previous CPA. I am consistently impressed by their professionalism, excellence, integrity, knowledge, and enjoyment of life. Through the mess of COVID-19, they continue to keep us informed on more than they should which has helped our practice in many ways. Hands down, the best firm in the PNW.

When I first started working with Fluence several years ago, all of their employees were reading the book Raving Fans. They have made me a raving fan! They have helped me organize my business and my life. They make my life easier because I know the details are taken care of. The precision in which they handle my affairs gives me a great sense of comfort. Always aware of the latest tax issues, I'm always advised to the best way to go. Not notified that an extension was filed on my behalf. I called my preparer on multiple occasions with no answer. Office closes early on tax day (monday april 15th.) When I called the generic line, I was told that most of the office is gone and no one can answer questions about my return. Communication is very poor with this office and am bummed to be leaving a negative review. Will be changing CPA's next year.

I only wish 6 stars was an option! Kristi Harris and the entire Fluence team have been absolute all-stars ever since we connected with them in 2017. They have given so generously of their time and unparalleled advice, and what's more, they're just lovely in every interaction. I've worked closely with Kristi and the Fluence team for over a year now and have just opened the doors of my start-up orthodontic practice. They have been my most stalwart ally throughout the entire process, and never cease to amaze me with their thoughtful input and helpful introductions to other necessary professionals in the industry. It's so rare to encounter a "perfect 10" in any business interaction, and to have that level of service for over a year of very complicated and time-consuming interactions is even more so.
