I feel like I know nothing about taxes and in my experience it can be hard to find experts who dont make you feel somewhat belittled for not understanding something so inevitable. After completing residency and starting my first primary care position I had a sudden and significant shift in tax brackets which felt incredibly intimidating. I felt unprepared to strategize and did not want to spend my limited time outside of work having to try to figure it out, so I decided to seek out some extra help. The staff here have always done an excellent job helping me better understand tax strategies in a way that is personalized and judgement free. They really excel in making tax planning very manageable and approachable and I cant say enough good things about what a difference that can make when it comes time to file. Its been great to feel I have very personal level of support for something that previously gave me a lot of anxiety and I would recommend them to anyone!

Its summer of 2022 and were still dealing with the mistakes of this company from my 2019 taxes. On top of that, the owner himself said hed pay for an audit since his employee made the mistake and then refused to pay for it when the invoice was presented to him. In the words of my CPA, get their license taken away. This is atrocious. When I went after his Washington license with the State Board, it had already been revoked. For.good.reason.

If there was a 6th star, I would give it to them! They are an extremely well run, organized, and responsive tax service. I have referred many clients to them and use them myself. It is hard to find such a quality CPA group that offers strong advice for an exceptionally reasonable fee.
