Josh & Barry are the best to work with! They were extremely hospitable, treating me like a friendly neighbor would. I felt like the storage process was going to be a huge hassle but they took me under their wings and made it seem effortless! I wish all my errands were this easy. Thanks again Josh and Barry, very much appreciated.

We reserved a unit and received an email to come in with ID and a credit card to complete rental application. When I arrived, I was advised to go home and complete rental application online. Employee stated online was the only way to rent from them. I left attempted to rent a unit online. Their website would only allow me to reserve. I received the same email to go in with ID and credit card. I went back and was told their online system was down and she was hoping it would be backup in about an hour. The employee knew my first visit the system was down and I would not be able to complete transaction online. I was needing a unit due to a family emergency and had to complete the rental today (Saturday) to move in Sunday. Her complete lack of customer service skills wasted 2 hours of my time with nothing to show for it. I went down the street to StorQuest and had a unit in 10 minutes. The location is not as convenient, but well worth driving a little further. If you value good customer service and honesty do NOT do business with Northwest Self Storage! Go up Sunnyside Rd a little further to StorQuest. Added bonus is theyre cheaper!
