    After multiple phone calls and no response from you after four days of trying to get a hold of you. Then trying to do a chat on line which turns out to be a third party service to then contact you, what a joke! All this was being done so I could cancel my installation date due to severe weather conditions which would not allow me to safely travel to my address, being advised by ODOT to not travel but only for emergency needs. I was trying to do the smart thing and cancel my appointment. Well first my wife calls and she was told they would not talk to her because she was not on the account. So I come home and attempt to call, only to be put on hold for 25 minutes before a person picked up. Then when I gave them three different phone numbers that one of, should have been on the account. That did not work. So then they asked for the name on the account, to which my wife was told earlier she could not do anything because her name was not on the account. Well when I gave her name this time, gee I was able to cancel the account and install appointment. Supposedly her name was not on the account but I, the husband was able to make this transaction, noting I never did give my name to prove I was on the account but the transaction took place. I would and I say again would never even suggest you people for service. When this is a Internet streaming as well as phone service provider of which heaven forbid you should need 9-1-1, because how in the hell would you ever get a hold of anyone to come and make repairs or fix the system from your end on a weekend or holiday or for anytime for that matter. I say no and hell no on your service. Quality is a 000 in my books. After all when you have 128 reviews to date and 108 are in the 1 star category it says it all!!!

    Right on schedule, my cable service went out on New Year's Eve and multiple times during the Rose & Sugar Bowl games. It also went out multiple times during last year's Super Bowl and seems to fail on a regular basis throughout the year. Over the years I've had three cable companies. This is by far the worst that I've encountered. I'm presently exploring my options.

    ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This is boarderline a scam of a company. We had internet issues are 3 days and couldn't get the issue resolved for days after that. ALL of leadership, board of directors should be fired. How is is possible to run a company this poorly. I don't think its possible to have a company that is ran this bad.

    Canceled service since moving out of town. They charge you full month even though we left in middle of month, meaning they are double charging us and new owners for that time. They cancel auto pay before last bill is paid for some reason, and then lock you out of your online account which forces you to pay last bill over phone, which they then charge you extra $4 for as convenience fee. Convenient?? Liked your company up to this point, now I am thoroughly irritated with you. Do better!

    If it was possible to give a zero, this is what they deserve. Bend Broadband was horrible and TDS is even worse. Yes, for everyone who knew Bend Broadband, it is actually possible to be worse! At least Bend Broadband had local people you could talk with. TDS is spread all over the country and no one can reach anyone here local and they have no direct lines for issues that are not being resolved so you can follow up without going through the long voice cue and phone transfers. Our internet is down more than up and they sent some teenager out to look at the problem who was just clueless and said someone would come out the next day to replace some bad box, well, no one showed up, I called them and they closed the ticket without fixing anything. Now Ive talked to 2 supervisors, one who promised to call me yesterday and did not and was suppose to have someone out here Monday, its Wed and nothing has still been done.Im still waiting for now one of two supervisor to maybe call me back and send someone out competent to fix our problemIn the meantime, Im paying for a service I dont even get!
