Bobbi is excellent! She is extremely kind approachable, friendly, and professional. Ive had issues with LOTS of crickets, and all sorts of random outside insects, to include small random spiders!! During Bobbis inspection/outside spray, she found a Black Widow spider outside my front window!! Within two hours my front porch, sidewalk, driveway & back porch was covered in dead insects!! Her treatment worked IMMEDIATELY!! Im very grateful for her thorough extermination/spraying of the inside & outside of my home. Thank you Bobbi!! Youre the best!! Great company! Bobbi Ray was on time and did a thorough service. I used her last year and had no issues after one service. Other companies offer a monthly deal with a scheduled time and monthly charge, if your not home they skip you and lose your service if not available.( Most companies give you an 8-5 time frame so you half to take a day off work to get your service.) Bobby Ray will help you no matter what your schedule is as long as its reasonable. I have a busy schedule and she always made it convenient for me and my wife. I will always use Bobbi Ray for her convenience and honesty. Thanks for all your help! I called Bobbi after finding termites in my home. She was very knowledgeable of termites and how to treat them. She showed genuine concern and promptly scheduled an appointment. She was very professional and thorough during the treatment. Very fair price and excellent service.
