We met at her open house, and I was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help us find the needle in the haystack house we were searching for. We lived out of state but that did not stop her. She would look at houses with my mother-in-law and send video showings of the houses. When we came to town, she made sure we had houses to see that met our criteria. Trust me, it was a list! She paid attention to the details. She never gave up, never became frustrated, never tried to make us settle. She was always cheerful, made me feel comfortable and never minded my comments or questions. I felt that she wanted us to be sure of the house. Not once did I feel she was out to just make a sale. There was never any pressure, she truly cared. When the perfect house came on the market, she had us first in line to see it. We put in an offer that afternoon. That is when Mary really shines~ she is a strong advocate for her buyer. She had our best interests in mind and knew how to work with the sellers agent and negotiate the deal. I am so happy that our paths crossed that day.
