South Pointe Honda Service Center

Had to get a sensor replaced and while my car was there, a wrecker crashed another car into mine. Although not a dealership wrecker, they were still responsible for my vehicle while in their care. They didn't offer a discount or anything. Paid almost $600 for a sensor replacement and a wrecked car.

It is already hard to find a trustworthy place, South Pointe became part of the problem. I used to love getting services in this establishment. Last time I came for an alignment they did not do a good job and my car needed re-service, I did not appreciate the previous person saying its only a slight deviation with a condescending tone like it was my fault, but if you trying to fix a left veering but your car returns to you right veering, then thats kinda ridiculous. They shouldve fixed it the first time around. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a 2nd chance as I had really good service from them before. But then the last recent visit they did not do a clean job. I usually do my oil change and Im pretty meticulous when it comes to it, I never spill oil ever because I want my under the hood clean. Of course they spilled oil all over my engine with very minimal effort to clean, took so long, didnt check the fluid levels, my wiper fluid was empty but somehow it was checked green, and my car used to be washed after but it wasnt done anymore the last two visit. If prices go up but service gets worse, then thats a bad business overall, too bad.

Its a good place and I travel all the way from Bentonville to get my car serviced. They offer complimentary car wash when your car is serviced. We found donuts and coffee free for all who are waiting while their cars are serviced. They have TV and good waiting arrangements.
