As a witness, nobody was aggressive and was still very respectful of that racist woman that did lie to us about quotes and told us the reviews were paid. I do have a recording of a conversation between this owner speaking about this situation and offering to buy us lunch and asking us to remove the review. And to call us aggressive and pushy shows the obvious racism this business has from more than the front desk. Asking questions shouldnt make someone flustered enough to make racist comments. Especially when customers are given inaccurate information and quotes. I guess because they were called out on questionable business practices it was okay for her to be racist towards us. Nobody was screaming, yelling or cussing at anybody in this establishment. Only questions was asked. And we also had an additional wittiness on the phone as it happened. Maybe this owner is upset we couldnt be swayed to remove the review with offers of lunch. This owner wanted us to ignore blatant racism while we were waiting for this woman to take our money. So as WE ARE LITERALLY PAYING THIS BUSINESS THE RASICT COMMENT WAS BEING MADE. So after being lied to about quotes (and as you can see the owner never addresses that) you can understand the frustration and the lack of trust a customer can have for a company that has someone incompetent and racist as the first line of contact. And to try to minimize the triggering racist words used against us by mentioning we called this company liars (and we were lied too by the front desk clerk) is continuing to be very upsetting and we prefer for this company to leave us alone and to stop trying to contact us!!
