        Finally got ahold of someone so I could go clean out my car and get my drivers licenses and debit card out. Have 4 kids and we are in the car a lot during the week so we had a lot of things in there including my art bag, sketch book, papers from art class that I teach. Opened the door and found they cleaned out my car and THREW EVERYTHING AWAY. Said my personal items would be in a envelope. Well obviously everything in there was my personal items including kids coats, shoes, their stuffies, ect. Never found my debit card or ID either. When I opened up the envelope only a few random pieces of paper were in there including this note. Hopefully I never have a wreck again but I will refuse to use this place that's for sure.

        I was talking on the phone with a girl named Rachel. EXTREMELY RUDE! She kept arguing with me non stop so I asked for manager and she hung up!!
