Moving experience was easy from start to finish. We paid extra for the guaranteed delivery date and my trailer was delivered on the day of guaranteed delivery. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and friendly. I would definitely use UPack again in the future if needed.

Absolutely recommend, already have, in fact. Complete 5 star experience. Great value, straight forward pricing. Every single person I spoke with was super helpful, clear, understanding and friendly. Clear pricing, no surpises. On time. I called and compared with PODS, Pack-Rat and UHaul, U-Pack beats them all hands down--not just value, but clear pricing, answering the phone quickly--no long holds. No high pressure (shame on you PODS) and one clear price (shame on you again PODS). Moving is never easy or fun, to say the least, but U-Pack was perhaps the easiest, worry-free part of the process. Cannot recommend enough.

I called over 20 moving companies for our move from California to Oklahoma. Every company including uhual, Penske, Budget, and all the biggest long haul companies wanted anywhere from $9,000 plus gas & mileage to $20,000 to move our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I couldnt believe the price quotes we were getting. I was driving down the freeway when i happened to glance over and saw an ABF trailer saying upack it we move it. I called and they were so helpful. Answered all my questions know hidden fees our total cost to move from California to Oklahoma with 24 feet used was less than $3700. I am so pleased with this company, they truly made our move hassle free. Thank you to the Upack staff in Fresno Ca, Oklahoma City OK & the customer care team. Truly I cant express the stress you alleviated. I would never use any other company for my moves again.
