Action Door

Tia set me up with Same day service! Thanks Chris for answering all of my questions and getting my garage door operating correctly. I will never have any company but Action Door replace or repair my garage doors at my home or my company.

Just ok service. They did arrive on time and clean up after themselves. Had a quote for a new door and to raise it 24 for extra headroom. They said they could only do it 6 on install day and I asked the price difference and they said there wasnt any but It was a line item on my estimate. They also did not have my panel with windows on install date so we had to wait 3 weeks and set up another appointment for that panel to be swapped out.

Garage door was 25 years old. Action door replaced the old motor, photo sensor and remotes all in a few hours. This was after they replaced photos sensors a couple months prior. They made it $right!

I had a brand new smart system installed by Action. I have never once been able to get them back out to fix the terrible install. My sensors have never worked right which means I can not make use of the app and it's features. They also improperly installed a lock mechanism which caused $1,000 in damage that I had to pay to another company because Action wouldn't even come out lol. I am literally suing them because after I told them about the issues, without even looking at photos or asking a single question, told me I am out of luck. These people suck and you should call Precision out of Akron, they do a much better job. UPDATE: A manager came out to look at everything. While he was on site he was personally expressing that he realizes Action messed up but his hands were tied. So he called the owner Dino, and Dino denied all liability. I am now suing action door because they don't do the right thing. Beware.
