I wish I could leave a better review. After my consultation I had high hopes as the salesperson Jason was super enthusiastic, personable and made it seem like I was making a great decision choosing this company. I planned to have carpet removed on my stairs/hallway and the hardwood floors refinished. Jason advised me to remove the carpet on the stairs and to paint the face of the stairs prior to the work being done. He ensured that the person who did the work was extremely precise and Id be happy with the product. I thought this was weird, but I was so excited. It was A LOT of work removing the carpet and all of the nails. I felt as if I was doing half the job I was paying someone for. After the floors were refinished, they did not put transition strips in the doorways, the paint is severely chipped and the stain is not precise at all. I also asked to have a coating on the floor to make it scratch resistant because I have dogs. The floor is not scratch resistant and I am having to contain my dogs in another part of my house. I called Mike Livingston, the installation director (everyone refers you to him) to express my concern. They ordered transition strips and had someone come install them. Unfortunately, they left one of the doorways without a transition strip, leaving a large bump to trip over. I was reimbursed $100 for the damaged paint after all of the work I put into it. I also expressed to Mike that I wanted to make sure the floors were scratch resistant as they have already been scratched. He belittled me by explaining to me what a scratch was and that the floors were not scratched after the work was completed. He then told me to go buy runners to put on my stairs and a paint pen from the paint isle to color over the scratches. I cant make this up. The way he spoke was condescending. I spent thousands to be left with an incomplete job and not what I asked for. I have tried calling and no one is responding. No one checked to see if the job is complete. I do not recommend and the photos show everything. I am extremely disappointed in the outcome. Please do not go with this company based on the quality of work and how Mike treats customers.
Update 6/21/23: The general manager reached out and made sure that all of the above issues were resolved. He was great to work with and extremely considerate. If this communication happened initially I wouldnt have had any issues. I can now be comfortable and happy with my new floors!

Have had floors for about a year and have had to have them come back on multiple occasions to fix including them not doing any leveling of the floor or recommending spots to need leveled before install so now i have multiple spots uneven, will find a better contractor to come and fix the terrible companies mistakes
Edit: manager called and said they would try and level floor out as it should be as best as possible will completely update review after work is done

If I could give zero stars I would. Spent a lot of money to get new laminate floors. They have warped so badly within just a few months of getting them installed and they keep getting worse. Sales guy was ok. He saw we had a pool table and noted it on the paperwork. Installers not only saw the pool table, they moved it. So after pulling out our existing floor, their supervisor shows up and tells me floors will warp because of the weight of the table. What am I supposed to do at that point??? Seriously awful service. They also damaged our floor boards, left them I repaired, and spilled a bunch of leveler on our back patio that we cant get off. Unwilling to fix anything. Save your money!!! This place is awful and you will regret it. Service: Laminate floor installation
