        I came into Verizon with a phone that would barely turn on and was missing pieces of the hardware. Rebecca Newcomer spent over 3 hours to help me get a new and functional phone, and despite the phone constantly shutting off and glitching out, Rebecca never once showed a sign of frustration or anger. Rebecca is professional, patient and able to provide fantastic customer service under frustrating circumstances.
