No base for her complaints. This patient came 2/2/23 for exam and Xrays. She did not come back to do any work after that. So the truth is not that we did not address the main causes like she commented but it’s her who did not want to come back to do any work main or not. She came back 2/22/23 for an emergency exam and Xrays. After that, she did not come back to do any work either. She commented “What’s you to spend a lot of money when not necessary” does not make sense since all the work we recommended is covered by her insurance. She called back on 1/8/24 saying she is going to another dentist and wants us to void paperwork on her insurance website. Paperwork was voided the same day. Her insurance website clearly stated paper work was voided on 1/8/24. We even printed out a hardcopy from her insurance website saying the paper work was voided on that day and the paper is sitting at the front desk right now for her to come to pick it up if she needs it. So whatever she complained has no base and we have not done any work on her teeth anyway.

The minute this person stepped in with his cousin (patient), he demanded us to take out all her teeth. Clearly he thinks that he already had everything figured out and no need for us to even look at her teeth. Patient said no pain now. After careful exam and X-rays, we told them that all her teeth are fixable and we can replace missing space later. All these are covered 100% by her insurance. He did not like what he heard and was screaming and cursing Fxxx words. We have staff and other patients as witnesses. We felt threatened and about to call the police. I will explain it here one more time that in this office we do not treatment plan extractions based on what patients’ family members want. Each treatment plan is thoroughly evaluated and documented based on the condition of the teeth no matter what insurance patient has.
