Since applying on the 08/09/2022 I have waited weeks just to get a response of a wrong address after the a trucking that merge with another company that do not acknowledge that I had worked there??? I am disappointed with why I had waited until the 10/10/2023 to customer service to call and said the company finally call with the right address as I've been calling every day. How can I look, transport to and from jobs and attend interview . If somebody from management not customer service can give me a call it would be gladly appreciate it, Oops I forgot I don't have a phone and no means of transportation due to the length of time NC Depart of Commererce in limbo waiting

Cant get anyone to help me get this stupid additional information sent in. I have tried to do it on the web page as they suggested but still no getting through. My payments are being held for this one reason I really really hate NC.

I filed a pua claim in April of 2020 they insisted that it was an unemployment claim gave me money and then stopped from the very beginning and continuing from the time I filed I kept calling and telling him that it was for a self-employment and they totally messed up my claim now they're charging me instead of paying me
