I wish I could give 1 star. Diane was very rude because she didn't like my lender and yelled at me on the phone. Then when my lender forced me to go elsewhere because she refused to work with them for 1 of my loans and I called back regarding another loan she got in the phone yelled at me to find business elsewhere. I will never again use this company and I will make sure that I stop others from using the company also and they know about Diane and how disgusting her attitude is. She needs to retire and stop complaining about her job and being so bitter. And Gregg transferred me to Diane and after she hung up the phone on me Gregg refused to answer my calls. I called the owner of the company and heard back nothing. Don't waste your time. Customer Service is everything. Take your money elsewhere.

This business has gone downhill. We loved them when we first starting using them over 10 years ago. In the last year, we've had problems with canceling an old policy and have gotten no response to our repeated inquiries.
