Maid Brigade of Raleigh

The team themselves did a subpar job, but the admin did what they could to remedy the service, they sent the team out twice and it was still not cleaned properly. What I mean by that is we had a move in cleaning scheduled, no cabinets were wiped down on the inside or out, the oven wasn't clean and the floor wasn't swept - along with other small details. I basically had to reclean my house. I will not be using this service and don't recommend for move in cleaning, admin was great though in trying to help with a team that constantly fell short. It seems I'm not able to reply to the comment below, but what they did do, they did a good job, that being said they didn't do much beyond the very bare minimum, and I paid for much more than that. Like I said, admin did great in responding, but the team that was meant to execute did not perform to expectations. I did receive a refund of 30 dollars, but shortly after we found more and more items that were never cleaned, hence this low review. I don't recommend this vendor for move in services.

In a word ... OUTSTANDING! I had let my cleaning go for quite some time, and it was dusty!!! First visit from Maid Brigade and my home was transformed into a sparkling showplace! I have nothing but glowing remarks for the services performed. They have a new loyal customer with me. I've already been giving them race reviews to all my friends and family! THANK YOU MAID BRIGADE!!!

Lady driving their company car with license KEE-6297 was swerving all over the road while texting and driving, cut 2 people off turning into oncoming traffic, as well as ran a stop sign before I parted separate ways.
