We took our pop-up camper to this company because of a problem with it not raising on one side. After waiting weeks, we got it back only to find it did not go up the proper distance to make the unit function properly. When we called they instructed us to put wood on the outside with bungee cords. When we got the camper home after our trip it snapped, so I called again (the camper was still not going up properly even before the snap). After more than a month they told us we had now snapped a canopy cable. We planned to have it fixed with them, to the tune of $1800 or more, but we asked for a piece break on only the labor from the first job since it had never worked correctly after their repair. They said since the camper "now went up," that it was "not their problem" that it didn't go up enough since they were never told about that issue. HOW would we have known that even WAS an issue until after it was fixed??? We never accused the company of causing the break (although I'm sure the extra pressure from the wood didn't help the old cables). Instead of working with us on a price break, which would only have been $200 on a bill ten times that amount, they became nasty. We told them to please refrain from doing any more work on it, and we were coming to get it. The company followed up with a nasty email threatening to begin charging us "storage fees" when they had already been told we were picking it up within the next 3 days (this was a 3 hour drive one way for us). We understand that we have an old pop up, but the horrible customer service was unexpected from a family owned company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Honest. Ethical. Trustworthy. Polite. Customer-centric. AND they do good work. If I'm having trouble with my RV and I'm in the area I only take it to these guys. I once had a motorhome with major problems. The repairs were going to push $15k. They actually advised me not to do the repairs and spend the money on a new unit. Who does that? Who advises customers not to have expensive repairs? I was sold on them at that point.

My husband I used Triad RV for repairs on our 2017 Thor Freedom Elite of which had been vandalized. The damage was extensive, SMH. The owner (Jeremy) worked directly with our insurance company to handle the financials in getting the repairs completed. During covid, the parts were limited/delayed and very hard to find but Triad kept constant communication with the various distributors to get the necessary parts as well as kept us informed with what/why the delays were taking place. There was a lot of patience on both ends during this process. We drove our RV off the premises with one remaining part to be delivered & repaired - that part was received and the repair was done in the driveway of our home-they actually came to us to make the final repair.
Triad RV was very responsive to our needs. They were professional, knowledgeable and assertive in the repairs of our RV and the customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend using this company for all your RV needs. We are happy campers now. :-D Service: Body & Trim
